Dr. Ariana Feizi is a compassionate board-certified orthodontist dedicated to providing the highest level of care for her patients. She was raised in Potomac, Maryland, and completed her undergraduate education at the University of Maryland, College Park, majoring in Neurobiology and Physiology. She continued on to complete her dental and orthodontic specialty training at University of Maryland, School of Dentistry in Baltimore, Maryland where she earned her D.D.S, orthodontic certificate and Masters of Science in Oral Biology.

Dr. Feizi is dedicated to lifelong learning, and has invested many hours in additional training in clear aligners, participating in the Aligner Intensive Fellowship. She is board-certified by the American Board of Orthodontics, and is a member of the American Association of Orthodontists, Middle Atlantic Society of Orthodontists, and the American Dental Association, and has been published in General Dentistry and the MASO Journal.

Dr. Feizi is committed to providing a friendly, professional, and enjoyable environment for her patients to help them achieve their dream smiles.

Dr. Omar Elnabawi is a native to Howard County, having attended Centennial High School. He received his Doctorate in Dental Medicine from the Arizona School of Dentistry & Oral Health and graduated at the top of his class with Summa Cum Laude recognition. He then finished his orthodontic training while also achieving a Masters in Biomedical Sciences at the University of Maryland School of Dentistry.

For the last several years, Dr. Elnabawi has been practicing in the Philadelphia and Richmond areas. He has achieved Board Certification by the American Board of Orthodontics and incredibly talented.

Combining his love of orthodontics with his love of sports, Dr. Elnabawi was also an Invisalign provider for the NFL. He is thrilled to be back in Maryland and a part of the Vanguard Orthodontic Family!
